User has closed the current period, but wants to re-open it and make corrections.

Solution:

Users can re-open closed periods as long as there are no transactions performed or depreciation calculated during the newly opened period.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Manage All Books

2. Go to Asset Book Monitor Grid

3. Select Asset Book and click Open Previous Period

4. Click Yes to confirm. No to cancel process.

5. Navigate to Schedule Processes to view log file from Post Online Asset Transactions

6. Open log file to verify process completed successfully.

If this message appears, then period cannot be re-opened. See below for alternate solutions:
