Removing 'Request Time changes' from OTL Redwood

Summary:

Hi all

OTL in Redwood gives the option 'Request Time Changes' for staff members to edit previous submit and approved time cards.
We are able to hide the 'Tile' that gives that option, however we are looking to remove the drop-down in the Time card itself (Called Request Change)

We can't seem to remove this option in the drop-down using VB studio.

We are not using any custom roles for the employee, so the 'Employee' role is the standard one from Oracle.

Has anyone been able to find a work around to this?
