How to prevent transactions from being imported twice or arriving twice in ARCS

I have a connection that brings data from Oracle Fusion to ARCS to Transaction Matching aplication, the client wants to import the data every two hours, but only to bring the new data, that is, the data that initially arrived at Data Management and was exported to ARCS, should not be exported again to ARCS, how can I prevent that data from reaching Data Management or from arriving but not being exported to ARCS?
