No LoV appears on some column when Create Nonlabor Costs for Third-Party Applications

Dear SR,

I want to create unprocessed cost for non labor resource, but when I trying to fill thirdpartynonlabor file data, some mandatory field doesn't have any LoV such as Source, Document, Document Entry and non labor resource. please tell any pre requirements before I create non labor cost?
