How to get WMS API details to get serial numbers if the item is serialized.

Summary:

We want to receive the serial number through LPN in 3B12 process for CISCO customer and in OIC we tried and tested to capture it through IB Shipment Serial number but other cases arise that incase of Spilt LPN we could see that LPN in IBLPN screen or when a non-serialized converted to serialized we could find that LPN in serial number inventory screen. We couldn't find those LPNs in IB shipment serial number. So can you let us know the WMS API details to get serial numbers if the item is serialized.
