All Always Free 21c instances have been decommissioned

Please note that all Always Free 21c instances have now been decommissioned and are no longer available. Some instances may still be visible on your OCI console but you cannot connect or use these instances. The cloud operations team is still in the process of removing all the 21c instances across our data centers.
