Is Learning Access working dynamically when add access based on 'analysis report criteria'?

Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Is using 'analysis report criteria' dynamic when add access to learning items?

for example: analysis excludes resigned employees.

In case an employee has access to learning items, submits a resignation, he should be excluded form being to access the learning item, as per the 'Analysis Report Criteria'.

Is it worked dynamic, and exclude the resigned employee automatically? or additional action should be done to remove his access?
