MS Azure x IDCS x Fusion - API Authentication - Token Generation

Summary:

We want to integrate a tool (Onehub) with Oracle Fusion HCM and invoke the Fusion HCM related REST APIs. Current in Fusion we have SSO enabled with MS Entra. How do we generate token in MS and validate with IDCS (as MS tokens are not accepted by Fusion) and invoke API in Fusion HCM.

Please share the document to register/setup a Fusion application in MS and download the public certificate. (please note, Fusion is already configured with MS Entra for SSO).

Any inputs are highly appreciated.
