Extension Publish Not Using Build Pipeline

Summary:

When creating an Extension from "Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio", the Publish button uses some kind of phantom build job called "site_hcm_extensionPreview" to fully deploy the extension to my Dev1 system.

I am starting our first HCM extension by enabling AI assist on the Goals UI. I have Org Admin authority in our VBS instance. I open the page in Fusion, click "Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio", enable the AI assist feature, then click Preview. Everything looks good. I also share it so I can show other people.
