Summary

  1. To retain customer site level detail for the key customers (as done with the key customer feature), we are loading the hierarchy with customer site as the lowest level and “Planning Customer Site” as a parent level. then populate the “Planning Customer Site” with the same value as the Customer Site for Key Customers and have all non-key customers roll-up to a “Planning Customer Site” of “Default All Other”.

2. we have different set of customers which we want to aggregate to customer level. by having a user-defined customer hierarchy with customer site as the lowest level and “Planning Customer” as a parent level.
