Unable to import DFF

Redwood helper tool throws an error when importing flexfields.
Redwood helper tool version (Latest): 24.07.08.09
Certificate: Imported
Error Message:

Descriptive Flexfield is not processed because connection to the environment is unavailable or user does not have privilege to access the object for which flexfield is defined.

NOTE: Attribute is in format <FlexfieldCode><ContextCode><SegmentCode>

Please note that the user running helper tool has integration specialist role.
