Problem in setting up Enhanced Workbenches for SERVPROVs (Carriers)

Hello,

I want to setup some workbenches for carriers so that they can review shipments and their respective tracking events. In our OTM, we have two domains one is PUBLIC and other is ours, there is no SERVPROV domain. There are DBA, SERVPROV_ADMIN and SERVPROV roles which we are considering to complete this setup. We tried to add the Enhance Workbench related things by DBA role in the menu of SERVPROV_ADMIN so that workbenches can be added for SERVPROV (Carriers).

Ultimate setup would be: SERVPROV_ADMIN should be able to manage workbenches for SERVPROV role (for carriers)
