item not getting deleted from Demand Plan

Summary:

we have an item which was in scope earlier for demand plan. user performed Manage product launch for this new item.

later this item was made out of scope but still item shows up in plan. manage product launch was completed so we are not able to delete it from there.

we deleted data from adjusted shipments history measure. after the plan run with refresh with current data item still showed up in plan.

we found data in Approved shipments forecast measure, we performed Approve plan as Final shipments Forecast measure was blank so that Approved shipments forecast also shows null data, but still Approved shipments forecast shows data.
