Items on BPAs with different priority

Items are enabled for Min Max planning in ORG1, which triggers a requisition based on the setup.

Currently the Blanket Agreements are created in such a way that 1 supplier has 1 BPA and this agreement is enabled for multiple Ship-to locations under BPA Controls, which are like Distribution organizations

REQUIREMENT

Item1 and Item2 are both part of BPA1 and BPA2. Both these Blanket Agreements essentially have all the required ship-to locations under their respective controls.

The system should derive suppliers for these items like below
Item1 --> BPA1 should be of high priority

Item2 --> BPA2 should be of high priority
