Resource is showing the QTY in the History page if transacted via MES integration but not from UI.

We have created resources and resource instances in manufacturing , and the resources are set to be Automatically transacted , while assigning the resource instance in the Resources for the particular resource , the "Required" and "To charge" fields gets automatically set to zero , we did not updated the To charge field and kept it as zero and did the transaction in the Review Dispatch list , while in Review Production Transaction history page , that resource was absent in the result tab which is expected behavior.

BUT We are doing test to MES integration, and we see that in reports of Work order, we charged the resources and resource instance automatically while We are not reporting resource hours in MES integration, still we can see that resource is visible in the Review Production Transaction History Page with transacted Qty mentioned , while we cannot see the resource instance in the UI .
