Form consolidation is not using members on form

Summary:

We would like for users to be able to submit data via a FCCS form and for the form to run a consolidation on the specific form members automatically (on submit)

Example – when submitting a form the Entity, year, period, scenario categories should be selected automatically (without a prompt)

When we do submit the form however – we get asked to input the entity, or the form takes the last used entity selection

On the form design itself, we have the “Use members on form” checked

Yet this still does not pull in the correct entity

As a result, it does NOT allow us to use the “hide prompt” option, since we need all users to manually override the Entity consolidation location prior to submitting.
