Participants of User Assignment Groups not able to purge

Summary:

Its typically to try to avoid doing security by user given the maintenance. We like to create user assignment groups and add uses to those groups.

I an into something which I cannot understand if its new, a bug or just oracle design.

We have controls and we create User assignment groups. We add users to those groups. We set the groups as controls owners and as incident owners and what not.

When we go to purge incidents….."No controls" in the list.

If we take those users and add them as control owners directly…."PRESTO" we are good.
