Hello,

Is it possible to promote to spend authorized for supplier without bank account ?

Because from business of payment method F-Outsourcing Cheque(Opex) not need bank account.

But if not add bank account after Promote to spend authorized, system show error "The supplier doesn't have an active bank account. You can't promote this supplier. (POZ-2130561)"
