OIC GEN3 Design time audit enhancement

Description (Required):

The design time and audit information in OIC application does not provide the old and new values. Can we please have an audit on the actual data that was changed.


Use Case and Business Need (Required):

If any lookups are modified we need to have the ability to know the previous and new values on the audit logs. This is an audit requirement.
