Is there a way to create a exception view in supply planning?

Hello,

Currently in Exceptions table, there is no way to differentiate between buy item exceptions and make item exceptions. Business would like a view where only buy item exceptions are viewed. Because of the quantity of data currently, the purchasing team is having a difficult time to go exception over exception, item over item to figure out which ones are the buy items to be acted upon. Can anyone who has done a similar customization please let us know if there is a out of the box way to do it?
