Restrict pricing execution- Pricing Portal

Summary:

Scenario is, From Fusion Pricelist we are integrating Product and price to Data table, and we are writing advance condition to get the Price of the product. For now every time save is clicked the pricing calculation is executed. Eg: Price of the product is 200 before Approval, and when approval is initiated the price in the datatable is changed by integration to 220. So the price is changed to 220 after the approval is completed.

The price should be 200 once the quote is submitted to approval and should not change later.

I tried adding condition based on step but it is not working as expected.
