Cannot check "Used in Planning" in work definition name

Summary:

I'm unable to click "Used In Planning" in Work Definition Name. This is for the Main work definition name.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The Used in Planning cannot be selected to checked in Work Definition Name. When in Redwood the screen grayed it out and turned it off. So I turned Redwood off. Even in the old screen I cannot click "Used in Planning". I have to start testing for CRP3 next week and planning is not picking up my work definitions. How can I get this button checked?
