Smart Tip- Advanced Settings Explained

Hi there, we are experiencing an increasing number of issues with Smart tip visibility, with smart tip icons not appearing as we would want them too. For example, Smart tips icons are visible underneath tip text, example below. We have logged calls for support which have resolved the issue as and when they appear which is great, but the problem is recurring.

Would it be possible to have a solid definition of each of the Advanced settings of Smart tips, and examples of how and when each of these settings should be used, when should we check or uncheck etc? In particular, focus on Advanced visibility check 3 x options and Autofocus on tip (accessibility), however I think most of the settings would benefit from an explanation, examples and insight into best practice for default settings e.g. when would we set scroll options for Smart tips?
