REST API for questionnaire response which is part of an initiative

Summary:

We have a requirement to mass upload responses to internal questions. Use case is - we will create an initiative with internal questions and add numerous suppliers ( approx 500). The internal responders find it very tough to navigate to the UI and provide response to 500 questionnaires belonging to various suppliers and evaluate 500 qualifications. Hence, we are exploring if there is any REST API support available to achieve this. we had explored the API supplierQualificationQuestionResponses but this is merely creating response in the response repository for the Supplier/Question combination and not tied to any qualification.
