Feasibility to customize Proposal and concept approval email notification in Innovation management

Hi Experts,

Business requirement is to have a customized email notification for the proposal and concepts. For this we need to customize the existing approval email notification report, however, we are unable to find any email notification report in Report & Analytics.

Is it feasible to customize the proposal approval notification? If yes, what is the report path to customize?
