How to handle freight and handling charges in WMS

Summary:

We are building integration with FedEx/UPS for parcel shipments. The service providers are sending us back carrier details, freight and handling charges for the parcel shipments. How to capture these charges in WMS and send the information back to Order Management to invoice the customers?

  1. The business users like to add these charges for specific sales order lines where service providers charge them?
  2. The invoice should see these charges for specific lines.
  3. How WMS will send these charges to OM and can WMS existing pre-build interface allow us to add these lines - Freight and handling charges?
