Can you please help me to find parent reports for the below OTBI child reports?

Past Due Fulfillment Lines Report
Sales Order E-mail
Sales Order Line Status Update
Sales Order Report
Sales Order Status Update Notification
Shipping Notification
Count of Holds for a Customer by Hold Name
Count of Holds for an Item by Hold Name
Count of Holds for Customer by Hold Name
Count of Holds for Item by Hold Name
Hold Notification

 Also please let me know the process to configure the parameters for these reports so that I can run these reports along with those parameters as a scheduled process
