Workaround for approval Workflow For miscellaneous Transactions

Hello, the approval workflow is done. I am trying to create a miscellaneous Transaction, but the problem is that I need to remain in the same screen so that the approver can approve.

how can this be resolved? what other workarounds are available?

Maybe for example the approver is on sick leave or he isn't available 24/7 in front of his screen, what can we do in this case?
