Solution:
To fix the infotile counts right now, we need to trigger a manual refresh of the infotiles in Assets. The steps to perform a manual refresh is as follows:
(a) Go to Task : Manage Standard Lookups
(b) Search for Lookup Type ORA_ERP_CONTROLLED_CONFIG
(c) Add lookup Code: FA_34613685 and Enable it (check the check box).
(d) This will enable a refresh button above the task menu in the assets landing page. Once you click it, count will be refreshed corresponding to the info tile. (It may take a bit of time for the process to complete.)
