How to make Making shipped quantity field as required only on 'Management Shipment' page.

Hello Team,

We have a new requirement from the business where they want the 'Shipped Quantity' field to be mandatory, ensuring that no shipment can be confirmed without entering the shipped quantity. I have successfully made this field required using a sandbox; however, this change also impacts the "Manage Shipment Lines" page.

The business has requested that the 'Shipped Quantity' field be mandatory only on the 'Manage Shipment' page and not on the 'Manage Shipment Lines' page. Since there are multiple shipments on the "Manage Shipment Lines" page, the system currently displays an error popup for each line, which is frustrating for users, as they cannot manually fill out the shipped quantity for every single line.
