Oracle Taleo to EPBCS Workforce Integration

Summary:

Wanted to understand that what is the best approach to connect with Oracle Taleo from EPBCS Workforce module.

we have a requirement where we need to import data from Oracle Taleo automatically to Oracle EPM EPBCS application. once the planning is complete in EPBCS application we once again need to export the data automatically to Taleo. is there any out of the box feature to do this? if not what would be the recommended solution for the same
