Import In transit Shipment from Legacy to Fusion without creation of Transfer Order in Fusion

Summary:

Dear Team ,

We want to import In -Transit Shipment from EBS to Fusion Inventory using Inventory Transaction import Template . Can we achieve this ? If we do not create a transfer order in Fusion and directly import In transit Shipment from FBDI with source transaction having EBS reference , will be able to make a receipt of these In transit shipments?

Is there a way we can import these In Transit Shipments in fusion without creating a transfer order for them in fusion ???
