Unable to Reflect Inbound Shipment no and outbound Order No for VAS activity

Summary:

I'm working on a report where I've to reflect Shipment No and Order No. for each VAS activity. But whenever I create join between IB_Shipment_dtl and Inventory_history to get shipment no. or with Order_dtl to get order no. report parameters get ineffective. To resolve this issue I've tried to create two different report, for inbound and outbound, but I've faced same issue.

When we perform VAS there is no shipment no. or Order no. refelect in Inventory_History so there is only one possible join which is Container. So I've used Container no to create join between Ib_shipment_dtl and Order_dtl as it could be either Inbound or Outbound. But creation of this one possible join made add report parameters ineffective and report run for All company/facility and as date parameter is also not effective so it returns all data available for VAS activity.
