Weighted Average Not Accurate for Non Jan-Dec Fiscal Year Applications?

I've got a question on the Weighted Average TB properties for Essbase. Based on the behavior I'm seeing, the Weighted Average TB properties will only work for applications where the application's Fiscal Year start month is Jan.

I'm doing some testing in an application with Jun as the start month, and what I'm finding is the days that the weighted average's methodology is multiplying the values by the Calendar Year day values and not the Fiscal Year day values.  So what's happening is P1 of the FY (June) is getting multiplied by the P1 days of the CY (January) to come up with the averages.
