New inventory organization not appearing as Ship-from organization

I am attempting to create a new inventory organization which mimics the same structure and behavior of an inventory organization that is already configured and functioning as expected.

So far, I have been able to configure the new inventory organization in the following config tasks:

• Manage Locations
• Manage Inventory Organizations
• Manage Carriers
• Manage Transit Times
• Manage Subinventories and Locators
• Manage Supply Chain Transfer Pricing Rules
• Manage Supply Chain Qualifiers
• Manage Supply Chain Orchestration Flows
• Manage Receiving Parameters
• Manage Shipping Parameters

However, when I try to configure this new organization in the 'Pick Wave Release Rules' and 'Manage Interorganization Parameters' config tasks, when I try to select it as a 'Ship-from Organization', it doesn't appear in the LOV like the other ones do.
