Gen3 OIC Dashboard monitor access

Hi Team,

Since Insights is not a part of Gen3 OIC anymore. we want to make our OIC dashboard public for few users to consume. is there a way that we can make the oic monitoring dashboard page available for users with out the user have to enter the username and password.

Can you anybody please let me know if you have any idea on how to achieve this.
