Increase Integrations limit per Project in OIC Version3

Description (Required):

In OIC Version3 there is a limit of 100 integrations, 20 connections 50 lookups 20 JavaScript libraries allowed per Project. There should be no such limit for projects or integrations per project should me more.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

While the concept of project is good, the limitations imposed hampers the use of this capability to the full extent. Within in the organization there may be a different business areas using OIC (e.g. ERP, HCM). We need ability to segregate integrations created by these teams. The project concept introduced in Version3 will allow us to do this. However, due to this limitation we are not able to use this feature as each areas have artifacts more than the allowed limits for projects.
