How to refresh an environment again before the 7 day freeze expires

I mistakenly created a DEV environment and refreshed it from PROD before creating the Essbase cube in DEV. I need to refresh DEV again prior to the 7 day freeze expiration in order to avoid the two week freeze between patching 24D to DEV and PROD
