oj-switch not able to toggle with keyboard 'enter' or 'space' or 'tab'

Summary: OJ - Switch, not keyboard accessible. Not able to toggle the switch with keyboard. Tried to add an action for keypress/keydown, but it is not initiating the action chain as expected.
