We have used ScpItemSubstituteImportTemplate.xlsm FBDI to load customer specific Item relationship.

But we encountered following error"When Oracle Fusion Product Model is used to define item information, only customer-specific item substitutes can be collected by file upload.You must provide a valid value for the ITEM_NAME attribute. You must provide a valid value for the RELATED_ITEM_NAME attribute"

Verified all columns data and it looks correct. ( For Customer Number —> Populated registry id &

Customer site code —> Site number)

Is this use case supported currently in GOP ?
