PGP encrypted FBDI file import in Oracle ERP cloud using OIC

We have a requirement to import Project Costs and Project Rates data in Oracle ERP Cloud using FBDI process where the source file which will be shared by the third party system will be encrypted with the PGP key. The PGP key used for encrypting the source FBDI file will be generated in Oracle cloud and shared with the third-party system. Is it possible to load the PGP encrypted source FBDI file in Oracle cloud using the 'Load Interface file for Import' process? Or is there any other alternative for loading the PGP encrypted FBDI source file in Oracle cloud.
