Annual salary not equal across different subject areas

We are having a problem with annual salary not being equal in Compensation - Salary Details Real Time and Compensation - Workforce Assignment Salary Real Time. It appears that in WASRT the annualized salary is adding the previous salary to the new salary. Annualized salary in SDRT is correct. Here is what I am seeing:

I have to drop the salary effective date and assignment number to get only one record per employee in WASRT:

You can see in this last snipit that the annualized salary is the previous salary and new salary added together. Also, when I filter in WASRT for Payroll Status = Process, I still get terminated employees. I have to add filter for HR Status = Active, but I don't have to do that with SDRT.
