Is there a way to turn off email notifications for the Global Data Import to Form job errors?

Summary:

Client has Enterprise Journals template configured to be leveraged for creating journal from transactions adjustments within ARC reconciliations. Several attributes within the Enterprise Journals template header section are configured to use an explicit value or value mapped from an ARC reconciliation attribute and the client would like these to be "View Only" when creating the journals from ARC using the Enterprise Journals template so the preparers cannot override the explicitly defined/derived value from mapping. For example, Journal Source, Ledger ID, Status Code, etc. After these attributes are assigned as "View Only" within the Enterprise Journals template header section and the
