Unable to downloading Snapshots larger than 13G from Cloud to on-premise, can it be split up?

We download an archive (snapshot) to our jumpbox to have a live copy; we have run into an issue with the size of the snapshot; its 13G and unable to download. Is there a way to chop it in smaller chunks to bring it down in our on-premise environment.
