Pegging for lot controlled components

Hello,

We have few component items that are lot controlled. Whenever a planned make order is generated and pegged to this onhand component, the pegging is split into two lots. Is there any standard functionality to ensure that pegging is at aggregate level and not at individual lot level so that the split does not happen?
