Best Practices limit on dynamic parents without children

Hello Experts

While building the metadata hierarchies, we have Dynamic parents created which doesn't hold any children at this point of time. There might be possibility creating children under these parents in future.

I know, having the dynamic children without any children under them will decrease cube performance.

Do we have any oracle's recommendation on how many dynamic parents without any children can exist in a cube across all the dimensions?
