Summary:

Knock out criteria in technical evaluation (mandatory requirements and Technical Requirements)

Our Customer having a below requirement

  1. They are maintaining two section under technical stage evaluation

A) Mandatory Requirements
B) Technical Requirements

As per the business requirement once the mandatory requirements are scored as "1" then the technical requirement allow to score by the scorer

If it is scored as '0' in any one of the mandatory requirements section then the system should not allow to score by the scorer for the technical requirement section
