How to Edit item quantity to Zero without error?

Edit item quantity to Zero without error and the unit price [Price (Net)] must be the same but the total amount [Amount (Net)] must be zero. In current situation, after editing quantity to zero there are errors encountered.

Formula Error: Invalid value for Quantity: 0 Please adjust _price_quantity
