We are encountering an issue when trying to access my Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications service. The error message we receive is as follows:
This makes us unable to access the environment. We are unsure why this message is appearing and would appreciate any insights or advice on how to resolve this issue.
Could anyone explain what might have caused this error message and what steps we should take to rectify the situation?
