Description (Required):

When delivering reminder alerts for human tasks, the process does not use a customized email template. It takes the seeded template and sends emails. However, users receive the right custom template when a task is assigned to a certain swimlane person/role. The problem is only with reminder alerts.

So it would be good to use the same custom template for reminder alerts.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Sending reminder notifications 7 days after the task is assigned if the user does not take any action.
